Open RSVP or guest-list RSVP: which to choose

You can collect RSVPs in two ways, and both work on both plans.

Open RSVP

Anyone with your link can reply by typing their name. It’s the quickest to set up and works well for smaller weddings or when you don’t have a full guest list yet.

Guest-list RSVP

You add your households, and each guest finds themselves by name. They can only reply for the people in their household, which keeps party sizes accurate.

Importing your guest list

1. Open Guest list and choose Import.
2. Upload a CSV or Excel (XLSX) file with one household per row, or add households by hand.
3. Check the preview, fix anything that looks off, and confirm.

On Premium, each household also gets a personal link with their names already filled in, so they don’t need to search at all.
